Ferreting out corrupt judges is NOT a task for the faint hearted. With title records now on-line in many jurisdictions it is now relatively easy from the computer literate to find out where a particular judge resides, see how the title to his/her home is listed, and review the various transactions that have been placed of record. Indeed, it is not that difficult to even ascertain the moderately hidden transactions in the spouse’s or children’s names. However, the task becomes a little more sophisticated when devices such as Land trusts and corporations are used as conduits for extra – circular remunerations.
