Everywhere you turn, there is a war on the elderly and the disabled, and corrupt judges aided by organizations charged with disciplining lawyers (such as in Illinois the Attorney Registration of Disciplinary Commission, in Florida the Florida Bar ***). The law is very clear — the Court appointed guardians are fiduciaries and thus owe the highest standard of conduct to the ‘wards.’ The highest standard of conduct does not include such activities as isolating the ward, stealing from the ward, incarceration of the ward in nursing home facilities or other facilities wherein the ward is systematically dehumanized so as to efficiency strip the estate of the ward of assets etc. Law enforcement has a duty to protect the elderly.
